Gateway is a multi-phase development with, phase 1 consisting of 200 lots, 100 recreational vehicle sites and 100 cabin sites. There will be a limited release of cabin sites based on functional design. The ever popular recreational vehicle sites are now 80% sold. As a co-owner of the Resort you will share ownership in over 70 acres of this pristine lakeview property including approximately 400 feet of lake frontage.

Future phases include plans for an outdoor pool, fitness centre, and a village-style service area inclusive of a restaurant, showers, and laundry facilities.
